a $300 fine on a project in Romulus, Michigan.
1998
November - On a jobsite in Cleveland, North Carolina, OSHA cites
Grinnell with 3 violations. Grinnell violated the rules for Life Safety
Codes, Portable Fire Extinguishers, and Welding, Cutting & Brazing,
General Requirements.
October - Grinnell Fire Protection is cited for a violation of
Electrical, General Requirements on a Oakdale, Minnesota jobsite and
fined $100.
August - Grinnell was fined $500 at Mt. Olive Pickle Company in
Mount Olive, North Carolina for violating OSHA standard 191002191201,
Mechanical Power-Transmission Apparatus. OSHA considers this a serious
violation.
